  Appointment Booking Policies:    In order to honor our technicians' and other clients' time we understand life happens--and often unexpectedly--so depending on circumstances and your relationship with us these policies may be adjustable.    Clients who keep their appointments  may schedule and adjust appointments with no fees.   For single services under 15 mins in duration , clients who are running more than 5 mins behind may be leap-frogged with the client following them, and/ or rescheduled.   Credit cards may be held for clients who :are new to us;often cancel or reschedule same-day appointments;don't show for their appointments;are part of a group of 4+ people;have appointments lasting 2 hours or longer;   For individuals, or groups of 3 or fewer people ,  if a card is held on your appointment , UBB reserves the right to charge the following fees:you will pay  no fee  if you give  more than 24 hrs notice  that you aren't able to keep the appointment;you will pay  25% of the booked service value  if you need to cancel or move the appointment  within 24 hrs  of the scheduled appointment time;you will pay  100% of the booked service value  if you  miss your appointment .   For groups of 4+ people :20% gratuity will be included on your invoice;you will pay  no fee  if you give  more than 72 hrs  notice of any cancellations or changes that reduce the service time or value;you will pay  25% of the booked service value  for any cancellations or reductions in service time or value made  within 24-72 hrs  of the appointment;you will pay  50% of the booked service value  for any cancellations or reductions in service time or value made  within 24 hrs  of the appointment;you will pay  100% of the booked service value  if you  miss your appointment .
