APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICIES:     In order to honor our technicians' and other clients' time we understand life happens--and often unexpectedly--so depending on circumstances and your relationship with us these policies may be adjustable.     Clients who routinely keep their appointments  may periodically reschedule and adjust appointments with no fees, and based upon availability.   IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE : please give us notice so we can adjust timing on our end.   —      For single services under 15 mins in duration , clients who are running more than 5 mins late may be leap-frogged with the client following them, and/ or rescheduled.    —     For services longer than 15+ mins in duration , clients who are running more than 5-10 mins late may be leap-frogged or rescheduled depending on service, subsequent clients, and room availability.   CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULES :   Credit or debit cards will be held for clients who : are  new  to us;  often cancel or reschedule  same-day appointments;  don't show  for their appointments; are  part of a group  of 4+ people; have  service durations of one hour or longer .   For Individuals, and/ or for Group Bookings with a cumulative service time of less than one hour.  UBB reserves the right to charge the following fees: you will pay  no fee  if you give  more than 24 hrs notice  that you aren't able to keep the appointment; you will pay  25% of the booked service value  if you need to cancel or move the appointment  within 24 hrs  of the scheduled appointment time; you will pay  100% of the booked service value  if you  miss or change your appointment on the same day .   For Group Bookings with a cumulative service time of more than one hour, and/ or for Groups of 4 or More People.  UBB reserves the right to charge the following fees:  20% gratuity  will be included on your invoice; you will pay  no fee  if you give  more than 72 hrs  notice of any cancellations or changes that reduce the service time or value; you will pay  25% of the booked service value  for any cancellations or reductions in service time or value made  within 48-72 hrs  of the appointment; you will pay  50% of the booked service value  for any cancellations or reductions in service time or value made  within 24-48 hrs  of the appointment; you will pay  100% of the booked service value  if you  miss or change your appointment on the same day .
